[Order Cancellation]
Cancellation 48 Hours Before Pickup/Delivery:
1. Full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours:
1. Due to preparation already underway, refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Alternatively, the customer may choose to pick up the prepared item.

[Order Changes]
1. Changes can be requested up to 48 hours in advance.
2. We will adjust the production schedule to ensure freshness for the new date.
3. To request a refund, please email your order number and details of the issue to admin@amorosogelateria.com.au

[Non-Refundable Circumstances]
1. Damages caused by customer mishandling (e.g., during transportation or improper storage) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Once the cake has been picked up or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

[Refund for Special Circumstances]
1. If an error occurs during production (e.g., incorrect flavor or size), we will provide a full refund or remake the cake at no additional charge.
2. If the cake arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence, and we will process a refund or replacement accordingly.

[Refund Request Procedure]

2. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days upon approval of the request.
